Governing law is that of the United Kingdom, and courts of Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed statement of work specifies otherwise.

Pages describe advisory assessments, reviews, workshops, and briefs related to application analytics and cross-device session analytics. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and schedule.

Acceptance of work

Quotes remain open for fourteen days unless stated otherwise. You confirm that information you supply is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and writing frameworks. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables created for your organisation for internal purposes. You may not resell our findings as a product or present them as your independent work without credit where commercially reasonable.

Client materials

You keep ownership of materials you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim rights in your application code, customer data, or trademarks.

Confidentiality

Each party protects non-public information received from the other and uses it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Our advisory work does not guarantee particular commercial results, rankings, or regulatory outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial databases. Content is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for site use; active engagements follow the terms in their statements of work.
