How a cross-device review unfolds
Our method keeps application analytics tied to real journeys. We favour written evidence over tool tours, and we stop when the next decision is clear.
1. Frame the journeys that matter
You name the commercial paths that should survive a device change—registration, renewal, checkout, or support. We agree which applications, browsers, and app surfaces sit inside the review so cross-device session analytics stay bounded.
2. Gather the artefacts you already have
Event dictionaries, sample reports, access notes, and a handful of known oddities. We work within your confidentiality rules and never invent metrics to fill gaps.
3. Reconstruct handoffs
We walk representative paths from phone to desktop (and back) and mark where sessions close early, identity fails to stitch, or draft state lives only on one surface.
4. Separate continuity from channel credit
Findings distinguish visit continuity from attribution claims. Leadership can keep both stories without forcing them onto one chart.
5. Sequence the first fixes
You receive a prioritised list: identity rules, timeouts, naming, and reporting language. Implementation stays with your team unless you later commission separate support.

If you already know the journeys that feel unreliable across devices, send a short brief. We confirm fit, timing, and fee before any kick-off.
