Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to advisory engagements with Workspace Ashfield Ltd: assessments, measurement plan reviews, workshops, and written briefs related to application analytics and cross-device session analytics. It does not cover physical goods, software licences, or subscription products, which we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement, when prepaid work has not started and you cancel within the windows below, or when a written statement of work expressly allows a partial refund for unused phases.
Timeframe
- Workshops: full refund of fees paid if you cancel at least ten working days before the scheduled date; fifty percent refund between nine and five working days; no refund inside four working days except where we can fill the slot.
- Assessments, reviews, and briefs: full refund if cancelled before kick-off materials are requested; after kick-off, fees for completed phases remain payable and unused future phases may be refunded proportionally.
Deposits
Workshop deposits secure the date. Deposits become non-refundable inside four working days of the session unless we cancel or propose a substitute date you cannot accept.
Work already started
Once document review, path reconstruction, or drafting has begun, time already spent is chargeable. We itemise completed work on request.
No-shows
If your attendees miss a booked workshop without notice, the session fee is forfeited. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion when notice arrives before the start time.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop once without charge when notice arrives at least five working days ahead and a mutually available date exists within sixty days. Further changes may incur an administrative fee stated in the booking confirmation.
Refund process and method
Email contact@workspace-ashfield.click with your organisation name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval.
Non-refundable items
Third-party meeting room hire booked at your request, expedited courier of printed packs when ordered, and completed written deliverables already accepted in writing are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under United Kingdom law remain unaffected. If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope, you may request a remedy including partial or full refund after we review the engagement record.
